At the Worship Leader’s Retreat UK we were able to grab Rick Williams for a quick interview. He gives us some helpful insights which can help us to keep hold of our Vision and Distinctives as Vineyard worship leaders.

Rick, with his wife Lulu,  are the Associate National Directors of the Vineyard movement in the UK & Ireland. In the autumn of 2011 they handed over the leadership of Riverside Vineyard, in order to take up their new role of Associate National Directors, focusing on Church Development of Vineyard churches and together they give oversight to a number of Vineyard churches, as well as overseeing the Missions Taskforce.
